Queer Lit and Social Refuge are thrilled to host a special launch event for THE CASTLE OF STORIES — a beautifully heartwarming novel about love, modern family, and the courage it takes to rewrite your own story.
Set partly in Manchester, the city that sparks Adam’s life‑changing adventure, this uplifting tale follows him as he swaps rainy commutes for Tuscan sunshine after inheriting a mysterious farmhouse and castle. With partner Theo and two reluctant children in tow, Adam soon discovers that the journey toward queer joy, healing, and belonging begins long before his feet touch Italian soil.
