Sip & Listen – An Evening of Classical Harp & Poetry
Step into an evening of enchantment on Monday 10th November with Sip & Listen, where harp and poetry intertwine to create a world of sound and story. Let Alexander Thomas and Lara Krzysko transport you through delicate French and British compositions by Ravel, Debussy, Tailleferre, Amy Turk, and more, each note painting a quiet magic in the room.
This intimate concert is a fundraiser for George House Trust, offering not only an exquisite musical experience but also a chance to support a vital cause.
About the performers:
Alexander Thomas: Alexander holds a BA (hons) in music from the University of York and an MA in Music (composition) from the University of Sussex under professor Martin Butler. He studied the harp in London with Gabriella dall’Olio and Helen Sharp, latterly completing his Masters in performance at the Norwegian Academy of Music (Oslo) in…
